1-Download one of above ISO file.
2-Use Nero or Ultra ISO to burn the .iso file to the blank CD.
3-Then u will got a Bootable Rescue CD in ur hand.
4-Restart your computer.
5-Go into the CMOS and change the boot priority to CDROM
6-Insert the Bootable Rescue CD
7-Wait untill the loading complete
8-Follow the screen instruction to scan your whole computer for viruses
